This is the best escalator cleaner I’ve ever seen! Thank you for showing us a better way.

In the 40 years that I’ve been at the airport I’ve purchased hundreds of pieces of equipment. The Step 100 is the only machine that I’ve ever purchased that has exceeded my expectations. I’m your biggest fan and cheerleader.

Thank you for bringing your escalator cleaning equipment to my attention. Using these machines has made a major difference in the appearance of our escalators and moving walkways at our airport.

Recently, The Escalator Cleaning Company cleaned all of the escalators at our airport. The particular set of escalators is located at one of our passenger boarding areas and is used on a daily basis. These escalators lead out to the tarmac therefore allowing passengers to track a lot of dirt and grime on the steps and risers. The escalator steps were not really cleaned thoroughly for 7 years and looking bad. We contacted the Escalator Cleaning Company to clean the escalators and they did a tremendous job. The steps and risers look brand new and they scheduled the work during down times and were very clean with the machinery they used. We were very pleased and will use them again for this service.

We have tried all different types of cleaning solutions and machines to clean our escalators. None have worked until now, we have older escalators and newer ones.
